ADVICE - If you feel so STRESSED in the exam (butterflies in the tummy, sweating hands, blurry brain, fuzzy head), then close the paper. Then actually close your eyes. Clench your hands tight into fists. Squeeze your buttocks (your bum) really tight and curl your feet up (as much as you can in your shoes). Then tighten all your muscles and take a big breath in. Count to ten then loosen your whole body and breath out (keep your eyes closed - forget about everyone else and the invigilator). Now think of something you love doing, like eating an ice cream on the beach or anything that makes you really happy. Take another deep breath in, count to 10. Then open your eyes and then start the paper.
