ATTENTION MAUI: CPR classes are being provided free of charge on Maui as part of the Tropic Care deployment. Each class include First Aid, CPR, and AED. This is called the Heartsaver course. The certified trainers are military reservists who have come to Maui to serve in the Tropic Care program. They have generously volunteered to teach free CPR classes during their deployment. They will use the American Heart Association training program, and participants will receive an AHA Heartsaver certificate. The class is 3½ to 4 hours long. (Note, you will not receive a Healthcare Provider certificate) Please call 808-357-7239 or e-mail [email protected] immediately to reserve a spot, especially for the Thursday training in Kihei—tomorrow!
