Biography Richard was on one side of the street and Gabe was on the other. They were both skating. Richard had an accident and cracked his board in half. Gabe rushed over to help a brother out. Later at the hospital, they started chatting and it just so happened that they were both looking to form a killer band. So they did. Matt and Luke knocked on their front door the next day and asked if they could join because they had heard Gabe and Rich practicing. Gabe and Rich said at exactly the same time of course!. That is how Cotton Lane started. Description Cotton Lane is a Cape Town band. We perform here and there. But what wed really love is to play the Stadium.
