About Hashtag (#)... Nowadays we all see people are using Hashtag (#) in FB, twitter and other social medias.... i think most of them using without proper knowledge about it ... even silly title or names are also marked as hashtag (#) ... please be aware about it first and apply at appropriate places. A hashtag is created by online users to discuss specific events and relevant issues. These are categorically arranged so that other online users can easily search for the topic and participate in the conversation, no matter where they are in the world. Information is updated and shared by social media users. Hashtags(#) are only the first step to help people to easily find out what others are saying about a given topic and to participate to public conversations and also Hashtags (#) make it possible to group such messages, since one can search for the hashtag(#) and get the set of messages that contain it. A hashtag (#) is only connected to a specific medium and can therefore not be linked and connected to pictures or messages from different platforms. First time hastag used by Chris Messina in Twitter and influenced Evan Williams - founder of Twitter, and it became popular, later on other blogs and social media too applied.
