About a week ago I posted on here where I tried making some of that peanut butter fudge that you make using a Microwave instead of cooking it on the stove, and it came out real good. The recipe called for using a box of confectioners sugar. I didnt have a box of confectioners sugar so I just used regular Dominos sugar to make it, and it came out good. This second time(this time) I bought a couple boxes of confectioners sugar(1lb. each) and used one of them to make it. To me, theres no difference in the outcome of the candy of me using confectioners or regular Dominos sugar. They seem pretty much the same. Someone wanted to know if there was a difference in the candys outcome or not. In my opinion, theres not. They come out the same.Looks and taste and all with either sugar. Just sayin.
