Actually cell phones are not sovling the problems. it creates problems in the banking in Developing countries. for example take it BANGLADESH --- not a single digit benefited with cell phone, however the claim is that they are benefited. Let us mathes vs Statistics wherein when most of these developing country/s are under iUSDi/day, what is the amount they have to spend on phone? what is their gain. it works out (seems) but fail to give any returns. the same is standard of living, and still poverty or chronic poverty etc., etc.,,, how this happened. since the cell needs a business in the name of finance. but they do not work out since most of the cell operators are know only street side business. The other region is that a small vendor is not yet vlunarable to the bankers in their country. for example take into India..wehre in even todate they have not reached more than 13% of population. These most of the bakers are public sector(govt. under takeing.) forget about private and multi banks, because they strive for profit. At the same time mciro fianance and micro fundation come up and it is double than the lended money with interest. That is the abeting by the expired (late) Chief minister of AP state of India, said dump all the micro foundations in the Bay bengal due to not worthy to public development.Where is the question of the benefit? Now it is the india with stand even third decade under Transitional economy(where in no such country in the world) , because of agro-economy. Our research from IAMMA found it and innovated sloganed as ~~``AgroEconomy is super economy under Transitional economy.. eg. India..``~~. Communications is needed but not at the cost of poor public, by squeezing them!
