Adaptation to training stimulus happens at a faster rate than you probably realise, the more you train the quicker you adapt. This is the reason why you need to shake things up and keep pushing harder. Using the same weights, distance, incline, resistance or whatever it may be is not going to force the body to change and produce further adaptation. Whatever the goal may be dont get in to the habit of doing the same exact workouts for months at a time. Work harder, dont pretend to yourself that the last 4 weeks have been a blip and you will be back on to fat loss again soon. It wont happen, you might be able to fool your mind but the body is a different matter!
