invoices and enter into AP • check/verify and uploading of sales for local camera service system (SVAP) to accounting system • key entries for LOCAL repair sales invoices & repair purchases invoices, DN & CN manually • accounting entries of all receipts LOCAL Camera Service Section • accounting entries for custom input tax deducted from bank • entering of petty cash entries in accounting system EXPENSES CLAIM • Coding & allocating of accounts codes to enter into the system, complete the claim cycle • Prepare reports of the finalized and approved claims • Posting of accounting entries for Corporate Card expenses CASH/BANK RECON (VARIOUS BANK & MULTI-CURRENCIES) MONTH END CLOSING • Corporate allocation journal entries • Journal entries to transfer prepaid expenses to current month expenses • Accruals and reversal of cost of sales and SG&A expenses, marine insurance, etc • Provision for Income Tax • AP Aging Report FINANCIAL REPORTING • Prepare, update and monitor monthly balance sheet schedule • Involve in the HQ reporting CHECKING OF SAP ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS • Perform checking role of other team members accounting entries as and when required STATUTORY AUDIT & INTERNAL AUDIT • In compliant with internal controls and carry out duties/tasks as described • Attend to auditors’ queries • Prepare samples/documents as required by auditors • Handle AP reconciliations and follow up of AP Confirmations Any other tasks/duties assigned from time to time REQUIREMENT: • Min Diploma in Accounting / Pursue ACCA qualification • Min. 3 years of relevant
