Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers For Morocco 2015 The draws for the Orange African Cup of Nations, Morocco 2015 was held on Sunday in Cairo. The draws produced some tough groups with Cameroun facing Cote D’Ivoire in one group, Tunisia will face Egypt and Senegal while Ghana will facing Togo in another. Meanwhile, Champions, Nigeria will face South Africa and Sudan in another group. The detailed groups are: Group A Nigeria South Africa Sudan Namibia/Congo vs Libya/Rwanda Group B Mali Algeria Ethiopia Sao Tome & Principe/Benin vs Malawi/Chad Group C Burkina Faso Angola Gabon Liberia/Lesotho vs Kenya/Comoros Group D Cote d’Ivoire Cameroon DR Congo Swaziland/Sierra Leone vs Gambia/Seychelles Group E Ghana Togo Guinea Madagascar/Uganda vs Mauritania/Equatorial Guinea Group F Zambia Cape Verde Niger Tanzania/Zimbabwe vs Mozambique/South Sudan Group G Tunisia Egypt Senegal Burundi/Botswana vs Central African Republic/Guinea Bissau. The group phase will be preceded by the First and Second stage of the qualifying series that will give birth to seven teams. Group winners and runner-up of each group plus the third-best team will join hosts Morocco for the final tournament. First Round First leg: 16,17,18 May 2014 Second leg: 30,31 May or 1 June 2014 Second Round First Leg: 18,19,20 July 2014 Second Leg: 1,2,3 August 2014 Final round Day 1: 5-6 September 2014 Day 2: 10 September 2014 Day 3: 10-11 October 2014 Day 4: 15 October 2014 Day 5: 14-15 November 2014 Day 6: 19 November 2014 The 30th edition of the AFCON will be played from 17 January through to 8 February 2015.
