*** After reading, PLEASE dont forget to SHARE *** Leaving a dog to live isolated on the end of a chain or abandoned in a garage leads to one very, very lonely existence. After all, dogs are naturally pack animals and not only want a family but see their human(s) as part of their pack - complete with fur and whiskers. A dog cant thrive in isolation and will deteriorate emotionally and physically. This is the case with 7 year old Eva ... but you can be her hero ... We have just learned of kind and sweet Eva. She has been sequestered to a garage for her entire 7 years of life. Shes lived in isolation and she has endured the freezing cold winters that Ohio is dealt. She is clearly malnourished and, no doubt, has never seen a veterinarian in her life. After all, any human being that could treat a living, feeling and thinking life in such an unkind way surely never cared if her basic healthcare needs were ever met. We understand there is not a large pool so we are appealing to the very rare human soul out there who might want to adopt this deserving dog and give her a life she has never known. Though there are fewer people that can accept imperfection in a dog and are willing to wait patiently for a neglected and abused dog to show confidence, we know YOU are out there somewhere. So on behalf of Eva, this is our plea to help her experience the kindness of humanity. Will you give her a home and become her family - can you give her a life? Lets not make Eva endure another cold winter alone on the floor of a garage. After 7 years, her owner has agreed to surrender her so we need to find her a resting place. There will be NO adoption fee. Pay It Forward For Pets will pay for her vetting at 100% and will get her spayed. She will be tested for heartworm - and if needed - she will be treated. We have a team of medical professionals that are on standby to help but we need to have a home for her to go to for convalescing and healing - physically and emotionally.
