After reading up on a bunch of new research on polyphasic sleep, I remembered why I started it almost exactly a year ago. Experiments on myself will always excite me. With new research, theres even more evidence to support Ubersleep as a means of taking advantage of circadian/ultradian rhythms and brain wave states and to surge specific hormones as prolactin (causes the secretion of dopamine and hgh- making you happier and stronger!) It was one of the coolest things Ive ever experienced, and now that my schedule permits it again, Im stoked to get back on it. Today is day 2 (or 3 I guess, Im not exactly sure- days dont really mean the same thing when you dont sleep at night) and Im feeling really good so far!
