After seeing so many posts on Oreo Cake, my 12 yrs old son cudnt resist anymore , so he quickly mixed everything under my supervision and put it on microwave for 5 mins and Ta da..for the decoration he used whatever he felt wud look n taste good ...:):):)Recipe..In a blender put 19-20 Oreo Biscuits(full biscuit with cream)and 1 cup of milk and give it a good blend.Grease a borosil bowl with butter or olive oil and keep aside.Now mix3/4th tspn of eno or baking powderin the chocolate mixture and immediately pour that batter in the bowl.put it in the microwave on simple microwave mode for 5 mins.tske it out n let it rest for15 mins andserve with vanilla icecream!!
