After the initial excitement about Copper Cafe. How is it shaping up? Copper Cafe in Mapperley does not have its own profile on Trip Advisor and the website is part of the original one in Bridgford. Personally I dont think it has reached the standard of the one on Central Avenue yet. For the prices charged the food should improve. Ive eaten there twice. First time was average and the second time (a caesar salad) was very poorly presented. Pre-cooked processed chicken on chunks of little gem lettuce. The dressing was hidden in between somewhere! Ill only go back to eat if someone convinces me to. When I speak to people they seem concerned that the early promise of being child friendly seems to have gone by the way side! Any thoughts folks! This place has the potential to do well but.....?
