After watching the replay of the #obstruction call I have to say.... it was the correct call. It appears Craig saw the 3B on the ground with his feet slightly up. He decided to go to the side and go over the knees. The 3B raised his feet up. Was it done on purpose by either player? I dont know that for sure. However, if Craig had turned behind the 3B completely he would have had to take a greater amount of time to get to home because he would have had to do a 180 on the bag after standing up and he would have been out. If the 3B had not raise his legs, Craig would have been safe.
