Alex Ferguson- Steven Gerrard is not a top top player, hes an average player. Paul Scholes- Rooney is past his best, he shouldnt ve been taken to the world cup. Joey Barton- Rooney is an average player. Look at cr7, hes improved since he left Man Utd but Rooney has been stagnant. Alan Shearer- Lampard is the BEST midfielder and player England have. Playing Gerrard over him is a deadly mistake. Alex Ferguson- I regret not signing Lampard, hes been terrific ever since Chelsea bought him. Where can I get 200 plus goals from? Lampard keeps defying physics. For me, hes the best of his GENERATION.
