All in all, a pretty good night at the races. The gas tank on the quad was leaking from somewhere so Robert took it off and discoved that the previous owner had tried to patch it up enough to sell it. Then when Robert grabbed the gas cap the whole gas tank neck broke off. But little Nerdly was very understanding. Found a new tank on ebay for $45. Robert has much improved. He ran a solid 3rd in both his heat race and main event. I was lucky enough to get a good start in y heat race and won. But I got a pretty poor star in my main event and bounced off the guy next to me. I was very lucky to finish 2nd. Next race in two weeks.
