All protest is, and therefore all protesters are, implicitly - TopicsExpress

All protest is, and therefore all protesters are, implicitly political - individual affiliation should be secondary to the will or desire for change. Factions within this movement for change will inevitably, despite the best of intentions, cause division. Theres only one line in the sand; surely were all on the same side of that line, and in the interest of solidarity, perhaps thats what we should be concentrating on. United as one, we stand some chance. Without solidarity and unity of purpose we stand little chance of causing any real change. We can be political without reference to affiliation. We can protest without staging. We can organise without instruction. We have branded ourselves protesters; that should be label enough.
