All that cooking has made me HUNGRY! What is your go to Paleo Breakfast? We love herbed tomatoes, fried #Organic eggs and good quality #FreeRange bacon. The trick is to cook the bacon first until all the fat renders out. Pour off most of it into a small dish or Tupaware to keep for other cooking. Then fry your eggs and tomatoes in the bacony pan. I stuffed halved tomatoes with fresh oregano and parsley from the garden before frying and topped the eggs with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped herbs. Gotta get some greens in! ;) This lovely breakfast would be a bit more balanced with some sautéed kale or spinach or pickled green beans on the side but were all out.
