All this while, we have been advising our patients to stay off mutton and go for chicken in a low fat diet. But, it seems goat meat is healthier with lower cholesterol and saturated fat content. Chicken is only leaner when the breast portion is consumed while goat is leaner overall. so, should this piece of advice be discontd?? shd people be told to go for goat meat rather than chicken?? it would obviously depend on the way it is prepared but what would you recommend considering that both are raw and same serving size.
