This is another one of those flexi-tone type moves that should not be attempted unless you are confident in your flexibility and balance. It requires balance and joint flexibility. Wanna try? Take it SLOW. No reason to do these fast. Use a soft surface because you could easily injure your tailbone, back or neck. *CAUTION*... If this one isnt your cup of tea, dont fret. Welcome to knee problems forever due to my structure -- its also why I train legs so hard - to build them up. Its also why I will always have clicky off center knees lol. Forget it! Just focus on squatting heavier or being able to run faster. Or just on being healthier.
