Alright, first of all I am SO SORRY for my delay in getting this to you. The long weekend has had me so confused on what day it is:/ here we go... 15 min AMRAP 40 lunges (20 each leg) ROM: big step in front of you, touch back knee to the ground and keep front leg at a 90 degree angle and do not let knee go over/in front of toe 30 sec elbow plank hold ROM: tighten tummy and keep back straight 20 air squats: ROM: feet shoulder width apart, send hips back first, squat straight down allowing bottom to go just below knees, keep chest up and wiggle your toes to ensure your weight is in your heels, stand tall 10 burpees ROM: chest two the ground, jump up and clap hands overhead Post your rounds in comments if ya want.
