Alright, my Kaiju confirmed for lightning deer, 120 meters including antlers. Feral type of look, but furless with black hide to surround his sleek body. The concept of him is that theres always a storm following him, or that he creates it himself. His antlers like giant lightning rods in a sense because lightning strikes within them constantly. His eyes glow around the white area as a result of the constant electrocution, but it doesnt hurt him. Or perhaps it does, it just doesnt kill him. And I decided his ranged attack is the lightning from the storm gets stronger, forming around his antlers before jolting down his head and his jaw line to meet in his teeth. And he opens his mouth so that his teeth force the lightning into a focus point in the center of his mouth, that he blasts forward in one powerful strike. This probably creating quite the thunderous noise as he directs lightning strikes.
