Although I dare not say the 19 emotions in the infographic are all “untranslatable”, the five emotional statuses highlighted in Chinese (忐忑，纠结，豁达，心疼，加油) do indicate we can hardly find a proper substitute in English that can exactly express the subtle connotation each of these words intends to convey.
