Am Labours shadow Scottish Secretary, Margaret Curran MP. If you - TopicsExpress

Am Labours shadow Scottish Secretary, Margaret Curran MP. If you heard mi on the radio last week, you’d understand ma way o’ confusing people when am cross examined – I jist talk very quickly, verging on incoherent. Some people might call it ‘Verbal Diarrhea’ (VD). Cont. The amateur radio presenter, tried to pressurise mi inti sayin that ‘Labour will introduce an £8.00 minimum wage as soon as we’re elected’ LOL (we’ve nae Chance). But, jist ti appease um ah did some VD, confused um totally and sayd, “No Garry, what I mean is that Labour will start, to work towards, it immediately… we’re elected”… Gary, came back at mi, and that’s where ah used ma ‘Spin’ Spin Explained: “No, I don’t want a race to the bottom”. Result: I confused Gary even more and disarmed him and put him off his stride, letting me relax a wee bit. What I meant was that if, “We” the ‘Royal We’, so to speak, ma ‘Colonial Masters’ to be concise, give Scotland their own ‘Powers’ back, that “We” stole from them 300 years ago, that would mean the Scots, could lower their wages to attract more businesses or raise their wages to Headhunt staff from London. But, I went on as, Gary tried unsuccessfully to come back at me: “It would be quite unworkable to have one ‘North ‘British Region’ having different wages from other ‘North British Region’… or words to that effect… Jino…... However, what I didn’t say, is ‘Other British Regions’ already have different wage levels i.e. London has higher wages because they get ‘London weighting’ – because prices are higher there, they deserve more wages. If, I had said that, there would have been a uproar! Because in places Like Aberdeen, Inverness and Fort William the cost of living is higher too, because they have to pay surcharges for fuel, power and haulage etc. So, if I was fair, I would have mentioned that, but guess what?, I’m not fair I’m a London Labour MP… What the public don’t realise is that wages are not the problem, it’s prices that are the problem. How would other ‘British Regions’ get on if the Scots had their ‘Powers’ back and they lowered VAT, fuel prices or childcare costs? You see, it’s not what people get paid, it’s all about ‘The Cost of Living’ which, my ‘Colonial Masters’ control…. Consider, how “We” skin the Scots and their business travelers/tourists? We make the Scots charge the highest Air Passenger Duty (APD) in the whole of Europe, whilst “We” keep our own APD down well below theirs… (LOL). Really, I have to take my hat off to my ‘Colonial Masters’, they wasted about £100 Million planning, designing and building BBC Scotland, but they were brainy enough to only employ second rate amateur presenters… LOL!... If, Gary was any good, he could have had me, Lock, Stock and barrel… Because Labour is really a London party, and that’s what I believe, I did the interview in that mindset, did you notice?... Gary, could have said: “SO YOU’RE ADMITTING THEN THAT SCOTTISH LABOUR IS A LONDON PARTY”, using that forcible way he talks over Nats when he interviews them and tries to belittle them… LOL… You, see?... if There was such a thing as ‘Scottish Labour’, I would not even have it in my mind that devolving “Power” over wage levels to Scotland would have an effect on other ‘British regions. It would make no difference to me if, I really was “Fighting for what matters for Scotland”… LOL… roll on my peerage). You see, I’m fighting “For what matters to London and my ‘Colonial Masters’… Scotland is just a tiny little ‘British Region’, there’s not many votes up there, so Scotland doesn’t really matter to London Labour… Like Boris say’s: “A pound spent in Croydon is far more of value to the country than a pound spent in Strathclyde...LOL... PS, Noh, av noh chinged ma lippy, that’s jist gravy stains frae mi huvin ma snoot in the trough…Jino... https://youtube/watch?v=CjFboRwGiqc
