Since I am cycling across the United States, I decided to dumpster dive across states, and feed myself solely from dumpsters from Wisconsin to New York. Were getting together in Chicago to create a huge display of perfectly good food found in dumpsters. You dont have to get into dumpsters though, you can leave that up to me (unless you want to join, which I would love!).
