Among the plethora of bizarre classes offered in the United States, including Judy Judy arguments (Berkeley), South Park and Contemporary Social Issues (McDaniel College), and Exploring Popular Culture through the Works of Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy, Angel, etc), none are more controversial than the in-depth reverie on the philosophy of older women who prey on young men (cougar coalition). Now you may find this topic frivolous and imbecilic, but ill have you know there is a local chapter of women who converge in a local town for such purposes. Consider this post your brief synopsis into the terminology and social hierarchy of Cougardom. Just like any minor faction, it is important to know your terms, lest a woman gets offended for referring to her as a member of a different age group. So make sure you use and know these terms correctly: Lynx- 22-29 Puma-30-39 Cougar- 40-49 Jaguar- 50-59 Panther- 60-68 Mountain Lion- A woman who is of any older age that typically is not the easiest on the eyes. You DONT want to use this term incorrectly or correctly for that matter. I am going to stop with the terms there because it starts to become a little mettlesome after 68. Here are a few terms that may help you describe yourself or understand what you MEN are being addressed as. Cougar Hawk- A gentleman who looks to date only women ranging from 22-68. Manther- The male counterpart encompassing factions including Lynx and ending with Cougar. Silver Fox- Male counterpart encompassing Jaguars and Panthers Just a heads up, a lot of older women take Maca which is a derived from the Jungles of Peru and side-effects could include skin irritation and mood disorders, for both of you depending on how friendly you are. Knowledge of this product also boosts your social value because intelligence is key. Thanks for teaching me this last night Dianna Hart.
