An Aussie Jewel - Cullen Wines Dinner Wednesday 9th April - £160 per person. From a small acre of vineyard planted as a trial in 1966, Cullen has grown into one of the worlds foremost Biodynamic producers. Planted to a mixture of mainly Bordeaux varietals with a healthy dose of Chardonnay thrown in, the winery is a leading example of sustainable, carbon neutral, ecologically friendly wine production. Vanya Cullen has taken her parents legacy and moved it forward in the most responsible manner possible.
