And my parents wonder why I dont want to come over, wash clothes, use the phone, cook, or shower; yet, I never know what to expect with my dad there, he has trouble controlling his mouth. I dont like having to deal with his outbursts and attitude; much less being subject to his opinions stated as if they are fact, or listen to his emails or political rants. He is hateful and angry, I dont like being around that kind of negative energy, as an empath it takes too much from me; it leaves me with a nasty feeling, a feeling that wont wash off in a shower.
