Please read below: SPIRITUAL GROWTH We are going to go through a time of rapid spiritual growth. Enjoy this process. During this time, we may feel many mixed emotions: confusion, joy, fear, excitement, bewilderment, awe. We will move more fully into and enjoy a deeper connection to the Divine. We are being guided to learn, discuss, read, study, focus, meditate and share as our full time endeavor. Allowing our spiritual evolution into deeper spaces of relationships of all types, passions and career, we can advance beyond what we thought possible. Surrender all fear to the Creator. We are to open to trusting that we are supported, witnessed, loved and guided in every moment throughout the year. Dont worry how our futures will merge with our spiritual quest. Trust in the Divine that all is well as we progress forward into deeper realizations. We are to put forth our greatest efforts into moving past that which blocks us from furthering our growth and dismantling all illusions that hold us from actualizing our greatest potentials. We are not to forget movement: breath, dance, qi gong, walking in nature, and so on. Allowing our bodies to flow to new rhythms moves our cells through awakening harmonics and a shedding of energies that weigh us down and inhibit growth. Breathe, opening our lungs more fully pulling oxygen into our cells eliminating physical and emotional toxicity creating more space within for light. Allow laughter and smiling to be on our lips daily and frequently. Bringing our inner smile deep within our hearts as we go about our day, we expand not only our cells but our consciousness towards an ever growing state of love and joy. Sitting in stillness, in our quiet time being deliberate in this intent will bring about greater change and accelerate our connection into our spiritual expansion. Spend time every day creating a life worth smiling about by doing things that make your heart sing. Archangel Sandalphon will be working with all of us throughout the year, 2015, reminding us to be gentle with ourselves and others. We are being asked to surround ourselves with people, situations and environments that are gentle and nourishing to ourselves during this time. Archangel Sandalphon wishes deeply for us to feel peace within and to be centered and grounded in a more quiet frequency. He strongly advises us to listen to gentle music from waves lapping the shore to music that uplifts and inspires while keeping our energies balanced. Talk quietly to others and within ourselves through our thoughts. Using gentle movements such as yoga, tai chi or even swaying to music will be very supportive during this year. Do not engage in any battles during this year. Retreat from conflict gathering strength and infusing our bodies with power built on centering and balance. It is vital to revive our spirits with the nurturing qualities of gentle calm and a quiet mind slipping into emptiness floating like a petal on a gentle, supportive breeze. Listening to music, singing, playing an instrument will call Archangel Sandalphon to assist and facilitate the vibration of gentleness that all of our spirits are craving.
