Announcement: This Wednesday, July 30, 2014, we will be tying up with Medical City to bring you CrossFit Halcyon and Medical Citys Wellness Day at FisherMall! There will be free blood pressure monitoring and free consultations with family medicine and internist doctor consultations. There will also be 50% off vouchers on hot pack and electrical stimulation (valid from July 30 to Aug 5). By appointment from 4pm to 8pm, there would be Active Isolated Stretch and Senior Citizens Fitness Tests for free as well, led by our own resident sports scientist Dave Bercades. Ms. Inday Espadero will also be leading a free Qi-Gong demonstration class at 430pm. There will also be a forum by one of the pioneers in the fitness industry, Ms. Shirley Quejada entitled Wellness: What Most People Dont Know. at 630pm.
