Another broccoli salad..... Broccoli florets Grated carrot Radish Ginger Chopped fresh chilli Chopped coriander Toasted almonds This is kind of an Asian inspired salad.... Just using up things in the fridge! For the dressing I used 1/2 lemon juiced - plus zest, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce and olive oil. Tip..... Get one of those fine microplane graters and use it for grating garlic and ginger...so easy and keeps the smell off the chopping board!
