Another example of wonderful children serving children but I have to admit this feels my heart with joy and had me tearing up! I got a message from a 10 year olds mommy telling me that her little girl is about to celebrate her birthday. Instead of birthday presents at her party, she has requested that her friends bring a new toy or stuffed animal to be donated to No Child Unloved. The little girls attending her slumber party will wrap these items that night. If that is not kind enough and amazing from a little girl there is also another two young ones who have also asked their mom to give up their Christmas and to donate it to the Charity. I was in Lennys Ice Cream Gallery helping decorate for Saturdays event An Elf Experience at Lennys/The Gift of Giving and I could barely talk let alone keep it all together hearing this news. We have have some amazing parents raising amazing children and quite frankly it is very refreshing from what I see and hear everyday. Thank you for giving me so much joy and truly making my heart smile. Merry Christmas and Blessings be upon you all. x
