Another great day ... we have been coaching new investors on the fix-n-flip process and are realizing some real success. What a true blessing from God. Most projects are being completed within two weeks (depending on the homes needs). We are completing another flip tomorrow that will be on the market Saturday (STAY TUNED for the OPEN HOUSE info 3bed/2bath honey of a home under $150k in Peoria ). We will finish another one next week in Goodyear - 3000 sq feet for under $250k. Today we picked up two more investors and already found one a project that we will start next week. Did I mention God is good?? So fun seeing different people with different backgrounds following a standardized process and SUCCEEDING. #winningallday#ucaninvestandwintoo
