Market Spring Dinner Takes Center Stage Join us for our first Farm to Table Dinner of the year, hosted by the Montford Park Players and created by chef William Dissen of The Marketplace Restaurant. The ticket price of $60 includes 2 drink tickets, live music from Montfords very own Fritz and the Crooked Beat and the amazing purposed menu below: 1st Course: Grilled Wake Robin Farms ciabatta bruschetta with highland gourmet balsamic vinegar & spinning spider chèvre, & local greens with shaved vegetable salad & herb vinaigrette Entree: Grilled Gaining Ground Farm Beef Sirloin, heirloom farro with roasted spring vegetables & feta, crispy smashed new potatoes, chimmi churi. Vegetarian option of grilled seitan from No Evil Foods. Dessert: Strawberry tart (strawberries from Flying Cloud Farm), whipped creme fraiche, lemon curd Seating will be on the Montford Park Players stage!
