Any amount hepls - pls dont forget to contribute: The crowd-funding project for five Palestinian boys form the West Bank village of Hares ( haresboys.wordpress/ ) who have been wrongly imprisoned by the Israeli occupation forces in March this year and are facing long term prison sentences, went live on 30 October. The aim is to raise 2,000 Euros to help all the 5 families to deal with the financial burden associated with having their children imprisoned. They have to buy food, soap, toothpaste, and everything else for highly inflated prices in the prison shop, because the Apartheid state does not provide for the people it incarcerates. The families also spend many shekels travelling to the court hearings. Um F said she needs at least 600 shekels a month for Alis basic living expenses in the prison. That is insane on so many levels. We have 80 days to reach the target and we wont get any of the money if we dont. The families will divide all the money raised equally among themselves. Please, please, please share this link and ask your friends, family, acquaintances, neighbours, colleagues, comrades, and everyone else you know to donate some money for the Hares Boys. Any sum is fine, although of course the more one can afford to give, the better. Its easy to donate online, all you need is a bank account in any country in the world.
