Anyone know much about consumer law? We signed a lease a few weeks ago under the pretty reasonable assumption that the building was actually connected to *some* form of copper cable/NBN/anything. As it happens, the builders didnt connect it to the copper network because the NBN was being constructed. However, due to Conroys incompetence, the building wont be connected to the NBN until January. That means no internet at home until January. What sort of position am I in to yell at the real estate agent?
