Anyone who knows me, knows I am EXTREMELY PASSIONATE about marriage and family. My marriage is not perfect, but its like me - saved by grace. Every single day we have to put work into each other. I believe and see Gods purpose in our lives every single day - because I CHOOSE to. Its not always easy! Every marriage suffers trials - big, small, earth shattering... With God in the center, we can overcome ANYTHING, and see His grace and mercy through it all. And if we have children who are involved in it, the severity is that much greater. What kind of example are you setting for them? What future are you creating for your grandchildren? If you are struggling, if you feel lost, or even if you feel like youre in an amazing place: know that Im praying for your union. I truly believe that God can heal ANY situations we have, if we bring it to Him. He knows the desires of our hearts! We just have to choose to be broken. Swallow your pride, take it to The Lord, and ask Him to reveal truth to you. Take TRUE HUMILITY to the table. Sometimes it doesnt FEEL good. A lot of times the right thing isnt easy, but it pays off in the end. Some days, weeks, months of struggle could strip you of true peace for the rest of your life!
