If you are a white American it is 2.91% and if you are black the odds are 6.78% or 233% higher than whites. That is significant. Maybe… maybe our leaders, specifically, the Attorney General, should investigate. Why does 12.6% of the population commit 28.1% of the crime? Are black communities socially economically oppressed? Are black leaders improving the quality of life in black communities?
