Heres what we have planned: Fajitas (veggie for me and my daughter, steak for my husband) Portabello stuffed mushrooms and broccoli Tomato soup and grilled cheese with a side salad Butternut, apple, spinach and caramelized onion pizza from my cookbook Vietnamese noodle salad with lots of crunchy veggies and a peanut dressing (basically a spin on my fresh spring rolls - no wrapper)
