Around eight months ago I was in mcdonalds after a night out and I saw a homeless man sat alone at a table, so I bought him a meal and a coffee and sat with him and spoke to him for a good hour, learnt about how he was from Canada and was trying his best to get work etc. he showed me his writing he used to do, and how he attended free classes whenever he could. I had to fight so hard not to cry when I eventually left, but told him that with patience everything would be okay. Anyways I was in Swatters Carr yesterday and I met him! And he has a home now, and is looking a lot healthier. He remembered me, too. It was amazing and it completely and utterly made my day. So if you ever see a Canadian guy with dreadlocks named Richard in there, say hi to him, cause hes one of the loveliest guys youll meet
