Arsenal will be rewarded with a home tie against London rivals Chelsea in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup. Manchester United, who beat Liverpool at Old Trafford, face Norwich at home, while Tottenham play Hull City in one of five all-Premier League Southampton will travel to Sunderland, while Martin Jol’s Fulham take on Leicester. Birmingham, who impressively beat Swansea 3-1 on Wednesday night, are rewarded with a tie against Premier League Stoke City. Finally, Burnley will play West Ham United at Turf Moor. The ties will be played on Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30.
