Art Mullen is the Chief Deputy US Marshal the series Justified who is Deputy Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphants) boss. My favorite line in Season 5 was delivered by his wife Leslie in a scene that was left on the cutting room floor: Leslie: ...you just keep expecting that (Raylans) going to change. Art: Im telling you Leslie this is a much different, much bigger deal. Leslie: Then strap on your chief balls and do something about it.
