The role: We are looking for two enthusiastic, energetic and reliable individuals with experience of working in a customer facing environment to join our Visitor Services team. As an Assistant Admissions Manager you would assist the Admissions Manager to ensure the operations of the admissions desks run smoothly with particular focus on providing first class customer service ensuring queues are well managed, customers are kept up to date and numbers are monitored. Great communication skills are essential. You should be someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast paced customer focused environment and thrives working in a cross departmental team. This role would commence employment in the final week of August and finish on 2nd October, working circa 30hrs per week on a rota which covers 7 days a week. The shifts will predominantly be from mid-afternoon until 11pm.
