As I sit here on the eve of my 4th Marathon...I reflect back on the journey that I began in July. My sole purpose in running the Chicago Marathon this year is to attempt to qualify for the Boston Marathon (3:40 finish). My wish is to have my father, Dennis Peek, watch me run the most prestigious 26.2 miles known to man. While the outcome of tomorrow is out of my control...I would like to thank everyone for their love and support throughout these last 3 months. Id especially like to acknowledge my husband, John Randall, who is my biggest support and my number 1 fan as well as my coach, Suzy Goodwin, for inspiring me and pushing me to be the best I can be. I will leave it all on the course and I hope you all will enjoy the ride (those tracking me)
