As a Patriots fan, I agree 100%. As a fan of the NFL, I LOVE this. This is such a non-story, that the media has blown so far out of proportion. There are too many factors in play when it comes to the air pressure in the ball. 1. The cold. Cold air slows down the atoms/molecules that are bouncing around the inside of the ball, therefor decreasing pressure, just like in a tire. 2. The rain 3. The balls integrity, meaning was there a good seal on the hole that put the air in? Sound out there? I got ballons blowed up for a party once and when I got outside in the cold, they almost immediately lost pressure. Another time in the summer they lost air due to a bad seal. Because tot line though, get over it. The Colfs players say it was irrelevant and one defensive player said he could even tell it was deflated. The only part of the story I can even stand, are the spoofs and comedy skits. Go Pats!
