As a part of our commitment to deliver quality customer service everyday, we will be conducting a ‘Customer Usage and Attitudes Survey’. The survey seeks to determine how customers use our wireless services (texts, voice calls, data) and to get overall feedback on our wireless services. We will be working in conjunction with Capital City Marketing to carry out the survey. Starting tomorrow, Saturday, November 30th representatives of Capital City Marketing will be going through communities in New Providence, Grand Bahama, Abaco and Eleuthera daily from 9am -9pm to conduct the survey. The representatives will have Capital City Marketing identification. The survey ends on December 14th.
