As a recommendation, towns of other regions such as Amhara, SNNP, Tigray with number of emerging cities should be considered to be administered under the federal gov. Focusing only on the central shoa and oromia region alone could discomfort the people of Oromia. Plus the government should disclose to the public on how the the integrated development master plan benefit the Oromia people and respect its constitutional rights. ... if any!!!
