As all of my friends and family know Im not one to post on - TopicsExpress

As all of my friends and family know Im not one to post on facebook, Ill share a funny image etc but dont say much. Over the past few days Ive been saddened as we all have by the sudden death of a truly amazing brave and wonderful man, Robin Williams, obviously Ive never meet him but I feel I know him just by watching his movies and TV shows. What I find most incredible is that every single person who knew him has posted how they have been touch by this amazing man, he had so many sides caring, loving, giving, honest, passionate and private. Things that we should all strive to be. I find it hard when you then read about all the zealots who strive to put this man down and then post hurtful and unimaginative things on social media. This man was funny, was loving and was also damaged as we all are. But he strived to be a better version of himself. We all fail, we all fall and most of us pick ourselves up dust ourselves off and start again. He lived with demons as we all do and some more then others, with his incredibly sad passing our love should be going to his family and we should maybe just maybe look around us at the people we see and interact with every day and be asking if they need help. if there are ok, not putting down a man whom we laughed and cried with in any number of movies, not sledging his family for they have enough grief they dont need others to make them feel worse for there loss. But maybe we can make the world a better place, add a little understanding and love and help those the way that Robin Williams would have, the way that our parents always said we should, its not about whos hurting but about who we can help. This should make us all stop and think, how many of the people we know have very similar problems, do they need help? Get off of the phone look up from your technology and give the people you know a hug or an ear to listen. We all need contact, we are social animals and sometimes we need help but are to afraid or embarrassed to ask, I see posts about bulling and being kinder to each other every day how many of us actually stop and do anything about it? Maybe now is the time, maybe with the loss of this inspirational man its time to do and act not just nod and agree! RIP Robin Williams From a loving fan Sherralea
