As many here know I deal with Chronic digestive disorders of some type. Eating for me can be Ok one day and a nightmare the next. I actually was doing the best I had done in years over the course of last Year into the top of this year. I had gained weight, didnt have as many IBS episodes and could eat a fair amount considering..............then that Food poisoning 4 months ago and its been a nighmare again. I have gone down hill. I am very thin again, Im weak, Im in constant pain and have been in general in a terrible depression as a result. Last week a Lovely friend of mine down in Southern California called a local favorite of mine and reached out that they might deliver me something in an effort to bring me some cheer. My friend who owns the eatery stopped by with an assortment of goodies. The result of that visit has become a real blessing. I have had food delivered several times, all being cooked to suit my issues in an effort to strengthen me up and get me back on the good foot. And all of it just for the love. One phone call from an old school friend. Thank You. You know who You are. Tonights delicious delivery consists of Squash, Spinach and chicken. all organic. only a pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt. Plus some lovely flowers. That should do well for me. May the the health start coming back. Thanks Universe.
