As many of you know, I have my lake house in East Texas on the market. It is located about an hour and forty minutes from downtown Dallas on Lake Frankston, a small, private spring-fed lake. The small community of people who live on this lake are dedicated to preserving the natural surroundings and the quality of the lake which is so full of fish they practically jump in your boat.
